Mt. Rainier Scenic RR 2006 Winter
Steam Spectacular DVD

In the winter of 2006 the Mt Rainier Scenic RR, Elbe, WA hosted a “Winter Steam Spectacular” event that featured the Climax, Heisler and Alco 2-8-2T locos in operation. This DVD captures the sights and sounds of that event, recorded in digital video, which included numerous photo run-bys and other views of the trains in operation.

BONUS FEATURE: The Estep diesel yarder in operation at the Roots of Motive Power museum, Willits, CA, in 2005. The sounds made by this donkey are a treat for fans of early diesel-powered industrial machines. Run time, about 4-1/2 minutes.
